Legal training on legal aid and civil status work for commune-level officials in Chiem Hoa

On the morning of October 17, at Chiem Hoa commune, the Department of Justice organized a conference to foster legal knowledge on legal aid and legal regulations on the authority of the People's Committee at the commune level in performing a number of judicial tasks when implementing the 2-level local government model.

Strengthening training and updating legal knowledge is an important task to improve the capacity of commune-level officials, contributing to ensuring effective implementation of state management tasks in the context of a two-level local government model.

At the conference, reporters from the Department of Justice presented many practical topics, focusing on legal content on legal aid and legal aid coordination; civil status work and handling of legal situations arising at the grassroots level.

At the end of the conference, the leaders of the Department of Justice acknowledged the opinions and proposals of the delegates, and emphasized that the Department will continue to research and advise on appropriate solutions to improve the quality of judicial work at the grassroots level, contributing to building a modern, effective and efficient rule of law administrative system.
