Phu Xuan Commune granted land use right certificates to 53 households.

According to the leader of Phu Xuan Commune People's Committee, previously, the issuance of land use right certificates to people was carried out at the district level. After the 2-level local government model came into operation from July 1, 2025, this is one of more than 1,000 tasks decentralized to local authorities at the commune and ward levels, demonstrating the attention and close direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels in implementing land policies.

Since July 1, 2025, Phu Xuan commune has received 86 backlogged land records handed over by the old Krong Nang district. After receiving them, the commune People's Committee promptly directed the specialized department and assigned the Economic Department to set up teams to review, inspect, and complete the procedures.

Up to now, over 90% of the records have been resolved, the remaining are mainly complicated records that need more time to be appraised to ensure strictness and compliance with legal regulations. At the conference, the Commune People's Committee issued 53 land use right certificates to households in the area.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Xuan Commune Phan Tien Thanh requested that after receiving the land use right certificates, people should preserve them carefully; use the land for the right purpose; strictly comply with the State's land use planning and plans, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and prosperous locality; at the same time, he pledged that the People's Committee of the commune will continue to accompany, remove difficulties, and ensure the legitimate and legal rights of the people.

The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee committed that in the coming time, the Commune People's Committee will assign the Commune Economic Department and members of the Commune Steering Committee for granting concentrated certificates to continue reviewing all land funds currently used by the people, comparing them with the approved land use planning and plans.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Phu Xuan commune also approved the Plan to implement the campaign to enrich and clean up national land data. Accordingly, the People's Committee of the commune will organize a 90-day and night campaign (from September 22 to October 15, 2025) to build and complete the land database.

The plan aims to collect all types of land use certificates, housing certificates, identity cards/CCCDs of land users and house owners that have not been built in the land database; hand over complete records and information to the Land Registration Office - Krong Nang branch to update and complete the land database in the commune, ensuring the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living" are met; contribute to creating a platform for connecting and sharing data with the national database, effectively serving the State management work and handling administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.
