Every year on the 8th of January, the people of Thi Cam village ( Hanoi ) gather at the communal house to participate in the traditional fire-making and rice-cooking competition. The traditional cultural festival is organized by the people of Thi Cam village to commemorate the merits of Phan Tay Nhac, an outstanding general of the 18th Hung King. In 2021, this festival was included in the List of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
