On the morning of August 30, Ba Dinh Square became a "steel coordinate" when a series of modern military equipment of the Vietnam People's Army appeared one after another in the general rehearsal for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2.

The highlight of the program was the presence of many new generation weapons, demonstrating the progress in modernization and self-reliance of the defense industry. The armored vehicles moved in unison, majestically, creating a symbol of the combined strength of the armed forces.

In particular, UAVs researched and manufactured by Vietnam were introduced with the ability to attack precisely from the air, demonstrating self-reliance and creativity in the defense sector. The Truong Son missile system, also researched by Viettel , has many variants for different missions, reflecting a big step forward in self-reliance in defense technology.

The sound of the tracks resounded, the "giant steel machines" followed each other through the stage in the cheers of the people of the Capital. The rehearsal not only displayed military strength but also demonstrated the potential, mettle and will to protect the Fatherland of the Vietnam People's Army in the new era./.
