Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Duc Han - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association; commune leaders and 120 delegates representing 3,281 farmer members of the whole commune.
The Congress was identified as an important political activity, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity and development of cadres and farmer members of Cu Jut commune. Delegates focused on evaluating the results of the Association's work and the farmers' movement from 2023 to present; contributing ideas to the draft documents of the higher-level Congress; and at the same time setting out goals and directions for the 2025-2030 term.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Farmers' Association of Cu Jut commune has promoted its core role well, achieving many outstanding results. The Association has strengthened its organization, admitted 363 more members, bringing the total number of members in 50 branches to 3,281. The emulation movement has been promoted, with more than 6,700 members registering for the title of "Excellent Farmer in Production and Business".
Currently, the commune has 9 cooperatives, 19 cooperative groups, 17 branches, associations and professional associations operating effectively, contributing to connecting farmers to develop production models such as: growing organic mushrooms, coffee, raising buffaloes, cows, goats for breeding, raising eels in tanks...
The branches have mobilized many resources to support members in difficulty, with a total value of more than 6 million VND, 75 working days and the construction of 2 houses for poor members; helping 24 members escape poverty sustainably. The Farmers Support Fund currently reaches nearly 2.8 billion VND, disbursed to 68 households to borrow to implement 8 projects. Outstanding loans from savings and loan groups reached more than 75.8 billion VND, with 1,237 households borrowing capital.
Along with that, the Association organized 14 vocational training classes for 442 rural workers; 35 training sessions, seminars transferring science and technology to more than 1,500 people. The Association also actively connected agricultural product consumption through fairs and e-commerce platforms, promoting typical products such as: Duc Tam beef jerky, Ha Van salted roasted cashews, 48 coffee of Tien Thanh Cooperative, gac fruit of Nam Ha Cooperative...
In his speech, comrade Nguyen Duc Han - Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Lam Dong province acknowledged and commended the achievements, and expressed his belief that the Farmers' Association of Cu Jut commune will continue to promote the spirit of "Solidarity - Innovation - Creativity - Development", build a strong Association, contribute to promoting clean agriculture, green environment and building a civilized and happy Cu Jut commune.
The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Commune Farmers' Association for the first term, 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, comrade H'Oanh Bkrong, Vice Chairman of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Cu Jut Commune Farmers' Association. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.
