Trien Dang was unable to stand up afterwards and was carried off the field by medical staff on a stretcher. Trien Dang even burst into tears and groaned after receiving a series of punches from Ton Loi.

After the match, Trien Dang posted a video explaining that the reason for his defeat was because he did not understand the referee's instructions, resulting in a lack of vigilance and being hit by Ton Loi.
