Racing against time to complete the exhibition booth of the 80-year National Achievements Exhibition

VHO - An atmosphere of urgent preparation is taking place at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi), where units are rushing to complete unique display booths for the biggest cultural event of the year, the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness".

From August 28 to September 5, the National Achievements Exhibition in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day will take place at the Kim Quy House, Square House Block A and the West, South and East courtyards of the National Exhibition and Fair Center.

The sovereignty milestone and the national flag flutter prominently in the exhibition space, evoking pride in the sea and islands and the 80-year journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness.

The event brings together central ministries, branches, 34 provinces and cities along with many typical state-owned and private enterprises, promising to bring a large-scale, diverse and unique exhibition space.

These days, the exhibition area is bustling with preparations. From early morning, every detail of the exhibition booths has been taken care of: installing frames, adjusting lighting, arranging exhibits and testing modern display technology.

Local artisans also skillfully perfected traditional costumes, handicrafts and performance props, bringing a unique atmosphere to the event.

Each exhibition booth has its own unique character, recreating the country's 80-year journey through the cultural - historical - economic lens of each region.

Participating in the exhibition of national achievements “80 years of journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness”, Thanh Hoa province’s exhibition booth has the theme “Thanh Hoa – Aspiration for prosperity”, designed as a journey from the past to the present and towards the future on an area of ​​336m².

The image of the Dong Son bronze drum placed in the center has become a symbol of recognition, arousing pride in Thanh Hoa in every step of visitors.

Inside, area A recreates “Pride of Thanh” with the heritage of Dong Son, Lam Kinh, and Ho Dynasty Citadel; area B depicts the mark of the “Heroic rear” in the two resistance wars; and area C opens up “Aspiration for prosperity” through the achievements of 40 years of innovation and development vision to 2030 and 2045.

The highlight of the exhibition booth is the application of modern technology: LED screen system, Hologram fan, 3D projection, digital sand table, interactive map and even robot in traditional costume, capable of greeting guests and telling heritage stories with a warm voice.

Precious artifacts such as bronze drums, cannons, bronze bells, OCOP products, and handicrafts are also delicately arranged, blending with historical stories through Metaverse 360 ​​technology, bringing a multi-sensory experience to viewers.

Ms. Tran Hong, Director of the Exhibition - Fair - Advertising Center of Thanh Hoa province, shared:
“We want to bring a space imbued with heritage, from royal costumes, traditional musical instruments to unique architectural models. The preparation is rushed but everyone is excited, because this is an opportunity to introduce the culture of our homeland to the public.”
