From September 15, 2015 - September 30, 2015: Secretary of Van Yen District Party Committee, term XV, 2015-2020.

From October 2015 to May 2016: Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, 18th term, Secretary of Van Yen District Party Committee, 15th term, 2015-2020 term.
