Art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South

In the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh. On the evening of April 26, at March 26 Square, Ha Giang city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang organized a special art program with the theme "50 years of the heroic epic". Attending were comrade Thao Hong Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches, armed forces of the province and a large number of people and tourists.

The art program is a profound tribute to the generations of fathers who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, at the same time arousing national pride and fostering patriotism in every Vietnamese person today and tomorrow. With the participation of 350 actors and artists of the Ha Giang Provincial Art Troupe, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard Command and students of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Ha Giang, the program was elaborately staged and full of emotions, the program consists of three major chapters, including: Chapter 1: People are the belief in victory; Chapter 2: Unifying the country; Chapter 3: Vietnam - Aspiration for strength. Each chapter is a source of emotions, leading the audience back in history, reliving the heroic years of the nation.

The program is carefully and elaborately staged.

Through immortal songs such as "Country on the Shore of Waves", "Party Flag", "Meo People Thank the Party", "You Are the Faith in Certain Victory", "Uncle and We March", "That Soldier", "Song of Unification"... viewers seem to be immersed in the boiling atmosphere of a glorious time of struggle, feeling the sacredness of independence and freedom to add spiritual strength to today's generations.
