Tan A Dai Thanh was honored in the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises after 40 years of Innovation

With a journey of more than three decades of persistent value creation, Tan A Dai Thanh Group once again affirmed its position as a pioneering Vietnamese enterprise when it was honored in the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises after 40 years of Innovation - a symbol of the spirit of "Think big, Do real and Contribute continuously".

On October 8, 2025, Tan A Dai Thanh Group was honored to be named in the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises after 40 years of Innovation, becoming a typical representative of the development aspirations of Vietnamese enterprises on the journey to accompany the country. The program was organized by Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) and Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES), under the direction of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day. The Group's representative, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu - Permanent Deputy General Director, attended and received the honorary symbol from the Organizing Committee.

The Top 40 enterprises were selected through two independent voting rounds: Round 1 was scored according to 5 strict criteria by 50 journalists specializing in the economic and business fields, representing prestigious press agencies across the country; Round 2 was evaluated by a Council of Senior Experts, including National Assembly deputies, leaders, former leaders of ministries, branches, members of the Prime Minister's Policy Advisory Council, and leading experts in the fields of economics, finance, and law.
