Nam Tan Uyen (NTC) shares transferred to listing on HOSE

Nearly 24 million NTC shares of Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park JSC were approved for listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) on September 29.

Previously, in June 2025, HOSE received a listing registration application for nearly 24 million shares of Nam Tan Uyen with a charter capital of nearly VND 240 billion.

According to information from the business, the transfer of the floor has been planned since 2022, but only now is it eligible to be implemented. The main goal is to improve liquidity and reach a wider group of institutional investors.

Currently, the largest shareholders in Nam Tan Uyen include Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC (PHR) owning 32.9% of capital; Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (GVR) holding 20.4% and Saigon VRG Investment JSC (SIP) owning 20%.

Nam Tan Uyen was established in 2005 to implement the Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park project with an area of ​​331.98 hectares (the project has been filled); from 2010 to 2015, the Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park expansion project continued to be approved with a scale of 288.52 hectares (the project has filled 100% of the industrial land area); from 2016 to present, the Company has been approved for a detailed plan of 1,2000 to implement the Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park expansion project - phase II with a scale of 346 hectares.

From 2017 to present, Nam Tan Uyen has maintained a high cash dividend policy, ranging from 60% to 120%, with a sudden increase to 200% in 2018.

Most recently, on September 25, Nam Tan Uyen paid 2024 cash dividends at a rate of 60% (equivalent to 6,000 VND per share). With this dividend rate, the total amount the company paid was 144 billion VND.

Regarding business performance, Nam Tan Uyen brought in VND 277 billion in net revenue in the first 6 months of 2025, an increase of 124% over the same period last year; profit after tax reached VND 169 billion, 29% over the same period.

This year, Nam Tan Uyen plans to achieve a revenue of nearly 793 billion VND and a profit after tax of 284 billion VND. Thus, the company has completed nearly 60% of the year's profit target.
