From the early days of many difficulties and shortages, the work of the Provincial Party Committee Office has always been persistent, proactive, creative, closely following the requirements of the local political tasks. Whether in the arduous resistance period or the period of innovation, development and integration, the staff of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Office has always maintained their political qualities, been absolutely loyal to the Party, and wholeheartedly served the leadership and direction tasks of the Party Committee.
The tradition of "Loyalty - Dedication - Solidarity - Creativity" has become the motto of action, the driving force for each cadre and civil servant of the Provincial Party Committee Office to constantly strive to study, practice, improve political mettle, professional capacity and working style, to meet the increasingly high requirements in the new situation.
With the function of being an advisory body, assisting the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (PPC) and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (PPC) in organizing and operating leadership and direction work, the Provincial Party Committee Office closely coordinates with relevant agencies to advise, appraise and propose policies and strategies in the fields of socio -economics, national defense - security and foreign affairs; at the same time, it is a general information center serving the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, a focal point to help the PPC handle regular and daily work.
Constantly innovating - Improving the quality of consulting and service
Over the years, the Provincial Party Committee Office has performed well its role as the "information - synthesis - advisory - service center" of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Central Committee. Advisory work has become increasingly proactive, in-depth, ensuring quality and efficiency; the fields of administration, documents, archives, Party finance, logistics - management have been consolidated, innovated, serving the Party Committee's activities better and better.
During the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office advised on the successful organization of many major and important political events of the province; advised on comprehensive leadership and direction of economic, social, defense and security development goals; ensured good logistical conditions for over 220 conferences of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; nearly 200 working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee with departments, branches, sectors and units; drafted, reviewed and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and signing and promulgation of over 7,000 leadership and direction documents. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee Office performed well in administrative reform, digital transformation, cryptographic work, ensuring confidentiality and information security.
In particular, in response to the requirement of digital transformation in the operations of Party agencies, the Provincial Party Committee Office applies information technology to improve management and operation efficiency, contributing to the goal of building a "strong, comprehensive, modern, and professional" Provincial Party Committee.
In 2025, with many important political events, the Provincial Party Committee Office will promote its role, advise on registration, and guide 448 accounts on the Information System for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front of wards and communes. The Office will advise on issuing regulations on identification codes for provincial Party agencies on the computer network; research and advise on implementing regulations on receiving and handling feedback, recommendations, initiatives, and solutions on science and technology , innovation, and national digital transformation; preside over and coordinate the development of a training plan and professional training on digital transformation in 2025.
In addition, the Office continues to handle software problems in the operating system of the provincial Party agency; support users, configure electronic document flow; coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to standardize the Party member database, update and exploit information to ensure "correct, sufficient, clean, and live" data; deploy equipment and software installation, connect transmission lines, and ensure the specialized information system operates stably.
The Provincial Party Committee Office actively participated in the preparation for the Congress and the software vote counting at the 20th Provincial Party Congress; served well the working sessions of the Standing Committee and the Central Committee; connected to online conferences when requested; managed and renewed accounts on specialized software; operated the firewall system, monitored, warned, and promptly handled the risk of cyber attacks; maintained the server system, backed up data, fixed software and hardware problems, and ensured the network system was smooth and secure.
In particular, the Provincial Party Committee Office presided over and coordinated the reception of comments and suggestions, completed the entire content of the document, and advised the 19th Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to lead and direct the successful organization of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
From printing, distributing documents, arranging accommodation, transportation for delegations, guests, former provincial leaders; to checking and reviewing personal information, preparing stationery, designing and printing invitations, delegate lists... everything was done carefully, ensuring requirements on progress, quality and high accuracy.
The Office also advises on the development and supplementation of the Congress budget, the purchase of equipment, vehicles, and logistics services; and coordinates with relevant agencies to develop plans for celebration services, security, and logistics at the Congress venues, contributing significantly to the overall success of this important political event.
Promoting tradition - Looking towards the future
In recent times, the Office of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee has successfully completed the assigned tasks; the advisory and operational work has had many innovations; the quality of documents has been increasingly improved; the information and synthesis work has been complete, timely, accurate, in-depth, and in the right direction, while strictly complying with the regulations on confidentiality. The fields of organization, administration, documents, archives, management, Party finance, cryptography - information technology have all made much progress; the coordination with agencies, units, and localities has become increasingly close and flexible. The Office has proactively advised and proposed many valid opinions to help the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee effectively lead and direct the tasks of the Party Committee.
The 95th anniversary of the Party Committee Office's Traditional Day (October 18, 1930 - October 18, 2025) is an opportunity for each cadre, civil servant and employee in the Provincial Party Committee Office system to review the glorious tradition and be proud of their silent but extremely important contributions to the Party building work. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to arouse the spirit of innovation, responsibility, discipline, creativity, and strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
With pride and a high sense of responsibility, the staff and civil servants of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Office continue to practice, study, improve their capacity and moral qualities, constantly innovate working methods and styles, contributing with the Party Committee, government and people in the province to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.
