In today's trading session (October 23), the market was struggling in terms of points. At times, VN-Index traded around the reference level, and pillar stocks were strongly differentiated.
By the end of the session, the market was more stable and on the way to improvement. VN-Index closed up 8.56 points to 1,687.06 points. Liquidity decreased sharply compared to yesterday's session, to VND24,578 billion on HoSE.

VIC ( Vingroup ) shares increased the most in the VN30 group. At the end of the session, this code increased 5.91% to 215,000 VND/unit, contributing 10.4 points to the general index. Liquidity reached more than 4.7 million shares.
Along with that, VHM (Vinhomes), VRE (Vincom Retail) also increased well, positively affecting the index. Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong's assets - Chairman of Vingroup - also increased strongly, to 20 billion USD, ranking 118th in the list of the richest people in the world .
