This is one of a series of activities of the City Police to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

According to the City Police leader, 40 temporary and dilapidated houses were supported by the City Police with human resources, materials, and working days to rebuild and repair according to the assignment of the City Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses.

The City Police Youth Union proactively advised on the establishment of a youth volunteer team, mobilizing nearly 1,300 union members and youths to contribute more than 3,000 working days to transport materials and support construction.

The support for the completion of construction and repair of 40 houses is a clear demonstration of the spirit of initiative, volunteerism and creativity of the city's police youth; contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and serving the people.

Implementing the plan of the City Steering Committee on organizing mass mobilization activities to support human resources to implement the program of eliminating temporary houses, the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department advised on allocating 188 temporary and dilapidated houses to the city's agencies and units to organize mass mobilization activities.

The assigned forces include police, military , border guards and youth union. Up to now, the units have basically completed supporting the construction and repair of all assigned houses.
