On the side of the National Traffic Safety Committee, Mr. Khuat Viet Hung suggested that when investigating the case, Dong Nai Provincial Police should focus on clarifying the journey monitoring device on the 16-seat passenger bus, checking the status to see if it is on or off. "Because from 2:13 a.m., this vehicle's signal stopped, and before that, this vehicle was running at over 80 km/h," Mr. Khuat Viet Hung explained.
At about 2:30 a.m. on September 30, Thanh Buoi passenger bus with license plate 50F-004.83 (carrying 32 passengers) was traveling on National Highway 20 (Dong Nai - Lam Dong direction).
