Military regions: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 direct the Military Commands of provinces and cities to strictly maintain the 112 hotline, proactively advise local Party committees and authorities, inspect and review key areas at risk of flash floods, landslides, riverbank and stream bank landslides, low-lying areas, support people to reinforce their houses, evacuate from dangerous areas; direct subordinate units to coordinate with units stationed in the area to prepare forces and means to help local authorities and people respond, overcome consequences and search and rescue.

Ragasa super typhoon is the strongest in the East Sea in 2025
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, after reaching super typhoon intensity on the afternoon of September 21, storm Ragasa continued to strengthen by one level and is forecast to continue to strengthen.
At 1:00 a.m. this morning, September 22, the center of super typhoon Ragasa was at about 19.2 degrees north latitude and 124.1 degrees east longitude, about 230 km east-northeast of Luzon Island (Philippines).
Near the storm center, the strongest wind is at level 16 - level 17, equivalent to wind speed from 184 - 221 km/h, gusting above level 17. Currently, super storm Ragasa is moving west-northwest at a speed of about 20 km/h.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, around tonight, September 22, super typhoon Ragasa will move into the East Sea and become the ninth typhoon this year, then move quickly in a west-northwest direction at a speed of about 20 km/hour.
Storm Ragasa will be at level 17, a super typhoon, when it enters the East Sea. This will be the strongest storm in the East Sea since the beginning of the 2025 storm season.
