(Chinhphu.vn) - At the meeting with businesses on October 9, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, awarded the Third-class Labor Medal to An Cuong Wood Joint Stock Company, recognizing its outstanding achievements in production and business, innovation and positive contributions to the community and society.

The role of enterprises in national development

On the afternoon of October 9, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting with representatives of businesses and outstanding entrepreneurs nationwide on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day. Speaking at the conference, the Prime Minister expressed his deep gratitude to the business community and entrepreneurs - those who have constantly made efforts and accompanied the country throughout the development process, especially in difficult periods such as natural disasters, epidemics or socio -economic fluctuations. The Prime Minister emphasized that in every achievement in economic growth and improvement of people's lives, there is the silent but great mark of Vietnamese businesses and entrepreneurs.

The Prime Minister also cited many achievements that Vietnamese enterprises have achieved in recent times to illustrate the creative capacity, dedication and aspiration of the business community to contribute to infrastructure construction and promote the country's economic development. From there, the head of the Government called on the business community to promote the spirit of "three pioneers" - pioneering innovation, pioneering exploration of new development spaces and pioneering implementation of social responsibility - to "reach out to the ocean, go deep into the earth and fly high into space", demonstrating the vision and aspiration of Vietnamese enterprises in the era of deep integration.

In the context of the number of operating enterprises surpassing the one million mark for the first time, the Prime Minister affirmed that the Government will continue to accompany enterprises by perfecting institutions, improving infrastructure, enhancing governance efficiency and administrative reform, creating a favorable environment for enterprises to confidently invest and develop sustainably.

Also at the conference, the Prime Minister, on behalf of the President, awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to three collectives with outstanding achievements, including An Cuong Wood Joint Stock Company - as a recognition, respect and encouragement of the Party and State for dedicated enterprises, always accompanying the country on the journey of development for common prosperity.
