
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 on organizing the Autumn Fair 2025 from October 26 to November 4, 2025; the Ministry of Industry and Trade has been urgently coordinating with relevant ministries, branches and units to implement assigned tasks.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade said: At the exhibition "National Achievements: 80 Years of Journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness", the food court including 34 food trains introducing culinary quintessence and specialties of 34 provinces and cities has attracted a large number of visitors to enjoy and experience diverse regional culinary cultures, contributing to generating large revenue for participating units.
Following the success of the exhibition, in order to continue to deploy the food court to serve visitors at the fair, due to the urgent preparation time for the fair, it is recommended that the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities direct the organization of 34 local food booths to introduce the culinary quintessence and specialties of provinces and cities across the country in the outdoor area at the fair. Next, the units participating in the food court contact the Fair Organizing Committee to coordinate implementation, the focal point is the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company (VEC).
To ensure progress, on the same day, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan also signed Official Dispatch No. 7863/BCT-XTTM on sending personnel to work groups to assist the Organizing Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025. Specifically, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested VEC to send staff to work groups to assist the Organizing Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025. This is an activity to implement the assigned tasks in the Project to organize the Autumn Fair 2025 according to Decision No. 2816/QD-BCT dated October 8, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade - Deputy Head of the Fair Steering Committee.
According to the document, the Ministry of Industry and Trade established working groups to support the Organizing Committee in coordinating, implementing and supervising the fair's activities. The groups include: Content Group (permanently assisting the Organizing Committee), Communications Group, Reception - Celebration Group and Security - Protection - Health Group.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade requests that the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company assign focal officers to each support team, responsible for coordinating the implementation of tasks assigned by the unit, and at the same time connecting with other teams to ensure consistency in the organization process. Due to the urgent time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requests that the list of personnel (full name, position, phone number, email) be sent to the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) before October 12, 2025.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is a national trade promotion event, expected to attract hundreds of businesses, localities and international organizations. The early completion of the working group staff will contribute significantly to the success of the event, ensuring that preparations are synchronous, professional and effective.
