Binh Thuan Electricity Company announces meter reading schedule during Lunar New Year 2024

Pursuant to Notice No. 5015/TB-LDTBXH dated November 22, 2023 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on Lunar New Year and National Day holidays in 2024 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

Accordingly, employees will have Tet holiday in 2024 from February 8, 2024 to February 14, 2024. Binh Thuan Electricity Company announces the schedule for recording customer meter readings during Tet holiday in 2024 as follows:

1. For customers with divergent metering, medium-voltage rooftop solar power, using remote metering data collection technologies: Metering schedule remains unchanged.

2. For residential and non-residential customers with sessional meter reading schedules and remote meter data collection technologies not yet applied: Meter reading schedules on February 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, 2024 will be moved to February 15, 2024.

Thus, for customers using electricity for daily life, the number of days of electricity usage for the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th electricity recording sessions will increase by 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day, respectively (according to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 1 of Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BCT dated April 21, 2023 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade ) , thus ensuring full rights of electricity customers. Information on the number of days of use, electricity consumption, and electricity price is shown on the Electricity Bill and the detailed list of electricity bills.
