On the morning of September 30, at the Phu Tho Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center, the first Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, officially opened its session. President Luong Cuong attended and directed the Congress. General Secretary To Lam sent a flower basket to congratulate the Congress.

Also attending the Congress were comrades: Ngo Van Du, former member of the Politburo, former Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission ; Bui Thanh Son, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; and comrades of the Party Central Committee who are leaders of central and local departments, ministries and branches. In particular, the Congress welcomed the participation of 500 delegates representing more than 257,000 party members in the whole Phu Tho province.

Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term Dang Xuan Phong delivered the opening speech at the Congress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province Tran Duy Dong presented the Political Report to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Minh presented the draft Review Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term at the Congress.

President Luong Cuong presented the Politburo's Decision and congratulated the Party Executive Committee of Phu Tho province for the 2025-2030 term.
