During the past term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phung Cong commune actively and proactively carried out the creative youth movement, attracting over 130 ideas, contributing to promoting the emulation movement of studying, production and business, and socio -economic development in the commune. The Youth Union introduced 38 new party members; every year, over 95% of the union members are classified as having completed their tasks well or better. The commune Youth Union has also built 8 youth projects worth nearly 400 million VND; actively organized shock programs, volunteered for the community, and pioneered in digital transformation...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phung Cong commune strives for 100% of its members and youth to participate in online learning via digital platforms every year; build 5 youth projects and tasks, including 3 youth projects to protect the environment; 70 - 80% of youth participate in volunteer activities organized by the Youth Union; introduce 60 outstanding members to the Party for consideration and admission.

During the past term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Hung commune proactively and actively advised the local Party Committee and government to strengthen leadership of youth work. The work of assembling union members and youth in the commune was innovated in a scientific, drastic, timely, grassroots-oriented direction, closely linked to the local political tasks and the legitimate needs and aspirations of the youth. Education on traditions, ethics and lifestyle for young union members is carried out regularly.

The creative youth movement attracted 120 ideas and innovations, contributing to promoting the emulation movement of studying, producing and doing business among the youth in the whole commune. The commune's Youth Union has secured preferential loans from banks for youth to develop the economy with a total outstanding loan balance of nearly 10 billion VND; coordinated with functional agencies to organize career counseling activities for more than 4,000 youth union members; organized hundreds of environmental cleaning sessions with the participation of more than 1,500 youth union members; mobilized more than 1,000 youth union members to participate in voluntary blood donation. Every year, more than 95% of the union members are classified as having completed their tasks well or better.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Hung commune strives for 100% of its cadres and members to study and thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions, the State's laws and policies, and the Union's guidelines; 100% of young people participate in online learning via digital platforms; provide career guidance to at least 1,000 young people/year; introduce stable jobs to 20 young people; recruit 100 to 200 new members, raising the rate of young people gathering in the whole commune to 60-70%.

At the Congresses, the Decision of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phung Cong and Quang Hung communes, term I, 2025 - 2030, and the delegation to attend the congress at a higher level, was announced.
