During the past term, Khatoco Youth Union has proactively organized and participated in many meaningful activities, contributing to the common activities of Khatoco and the superior union, bringing about effectiveness and deep impressions in the Khatoco community and society. Especially building meaningful social welfare and security projects such as: Building charity houses for poor households, donating the project of Lighting up the countryside... With the spirit of initiative and creativity, Khatoco youth union members have had many technical innovation initiatives, contributing to the development of the enterprise.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Khatoco Youth Union focuses on 3 key tasks, creating new breakthroughs, contributing to the unit's successful completion of assigned political tasks. In particular, focusing on promoting corporate culture, spreading the Khatoco brand; focusing on training and improving skills for union members and youth; pioneering creative labor, mastering science and technology, pioneering digital transformation; striving to achieve the title of "Excellent completion of tasks" and being one of the typical units in union activities and youth movements of the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Khatoco Youth Union, term XIII, with 13 members. Mr. Tran Manh Cuong was re-elected as Secretary of Khatoco Youth Union, term XIII, 2025 - 2030.

On this occasion, Khatoco's grassroots Youth Union and 3 outstanding members were commended by the Provincial Youth Union; 6 youth unions and 31 outstanding members were commended by Khatoco Party Committee.
