On September 10, at the People's Committee of Bao Yen commune, a meeting was held to evaluate the progress of the Bao Yen Regional General Hospital project.

Attending the meeting were leaders of the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Health , People's Committee of Bao Yen commune, Project Management Board of Bao Yen area construction investment; leaders of Bao Yen area General Hospital.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, branches and units reviewed and evaluated the progress of implementation, expected completion time and difficulties and obstacles in implementing the project to build Bao Yen Regional General Hospital.

Bao Yen Regional General Hospital Project has a total investment of 258 billion VND, implementation period from 2021 - 2025, construction site in Bao Yen commune. The investor is Bao Yen Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Bao Yen Regional General Hospital has a scale of 250 beds, including the main building, technical and examination building, inpatient treatment building, infectious disease department, nutrition department, general hospital and auxiliary items...

The project has disbursed 167.8 billion VND in medium-term capital plan for the 2021 - 2025 period, equal to 99.4% of the plan; disbursed 8.97 billion VND in capital plan for 2025, equal to 89.7% of the plan. It is expected that by the end of the year, disbursement will reach 100% of the plan.

According to the report of the Bao Yen Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, to date, the site clearance and resettlement work has been completed.

The project has completed the rough construction of the entire block of buildings and is completing the items such as: block of buildings, administrative building, nutrition house, infectious disease house, anti-infection house, morgue house, toilet, wastewater treatment tank, etc.

The remaining volume has not been constructed, including: installation of sanitary equipment, installation of electrical and water equipment in the house, door system, operating room door, glass wall, medical gas pipeline system, light electrical equipment...

Check the actual progress of project implementation.

The investor has requested the contractor to have construction solutions, increase human resources, and complete the items according to the committed schedule with the goal of completing the project and handing it over for use by September 30, 2025. However, up to now, the project is still behind schedule.

At the meeting, representatives of departments and branches requested the Bao Yen Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board to direct the contractor to mobilize maximum human resources, equipment and necessary conditions to ensure project construction; closely coordinate with functional agencies and construction units to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; step up inspection, supervision and urging to ensure the progress and quality of construction of Bao Yen Regional General Hospital.
