Speed ​​up housing construction for ethnic minorities

QTO - Responding to the housing support program, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has been actively implementing the construction of 100 new houses in 3 villages of Bai Dinh, K-Vi, Y Leng (Dan Hoa commune), to help households in difficult circumstances soon stabilize and improve their lives.

As of September 15, 2025, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has started construction on 86 houses, reaching more than 80% of the assigned plan. Of which, 63 houses have completed pouring of pillars, beams, and columns; the remaining 23 houses are being urgently constructed, striving to complete as soon as possible.

The construction of 100 houses for ethnic minorities in 3 villages of Dan Hoa commune was carried out according to Notice No. 49-TB/BCĐ, dated April 21, 2025 of the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Quang Binh Province (old) and a specific plan was developed, mobilizing union members and youth to deploy from the beginning of June 2025.

The program not only brings shelter to disadvantaged families, but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity and "mutual love" of the community. This is one of the key activities of Quang Tri youth, contributing to the overall development of the locality and improving the lives of ethnic minorities in the province.
