According to Plan No. 3386/QD-SYT dated October 9, 2025 of the Department of Health of Gia Lai province on the establishment of the Gia Lai Provincial Medical Working Group to support the provinces heavily affected after storm No. 11, Since October 11, 2025, the Gia Lai Provincial Medical Working Group has coordinated with the Cao Bang Provincial Department of Health to carry out activities to overcome the consequences of storm No. 11 at flooded locations in Cao Bang province.

On the morning of October 15, due to the influence of the cold air mass shifting eastward, areas in Cao Bang province had heavy rain lasting from the night of October 14 to October 15. Because the weather conditions did not ensure disinfection spraying activities, the working group came to advise on epidemic prevention and control and presented 100 bags of family medicine in Ha Quang commune; presented 100 bags of family medicine to Truong Ha commune; presented 50 bags of family medicine and 50 kg of disinfectant spraying chemicals to Quang Hoa hospital so that units could promptly support people in health care after the flood.
