Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Mai Van Tuat presented gifts and celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival in Minh Tan commune.

On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, on the morning of October 3, comrade Mai Van Tuat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited, gave gifts and celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with children and teenagers in Minh Tan commune.

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, and Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union.

Minh Tan commune has nearly 7,000 teenagers and children. Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Minh Tan commune issued Plan No. 34/KH-UBND on organizing Mid-Autumn Festival activities in 2025 to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, the political system and the Youth Union, Association and Pioneer organizations in the work of protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children. The commune and agencies, units, villages and hamlets organized visits, encouragement and giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children in difficult circumstances, disabled children, orphans, children affected by natural disasters and epidemics, ensuring that all children in the commune enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Youth Union coordinated with the Vietnam Event Media and Entertainment Services Company to organize an art program with the theme "Full Moon Festival Night", performing circus art acts, art acts praising the Party, the country, and Uncle Ho; coordinated with the Department of Culture and Society to write propaganda articles on the commune radio system about Mid-Autumn Festival activities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people in general, and teenagers and children in particular.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Mai Van Tuat acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Party Committee and the government of Minh Tan commune in caring for and protecting children. He affirmed: Over the years, the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front at all levels, schools, families and society have always cared for, taken care of, and created the best conditions for children to play, study, practice, and develop comprehensively in a safe and healthy environment and fully exercise their rights as children. He wished the children and teenagers a joyful, safe and truly family-friendly Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front, departments, branches, organizations, schools, and parents of Minh Tan commune to continue to focus on thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on child care and protection. Implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Minh Tan commune needs to develop content, programs, plans, and strategies on child protection, care, and education; pay attention to investing in playgrounds in the area to create conditions for children to develop comprehensively in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, and aesthetics. Continue to do a good job of child care and education; strengthen coordination to effectively implement the three educational environments: family - school and society.

Continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers' work in schools and in residential areas to contribute to the successful implementation of the school year's tasks. He hopes that the teenagers and children in Minh Tan commune will continue to overcome difficulties to study well, practice well, and strive to be good students and excellent students.
