The Department of Cinema (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) has just sent document No. 1542/DA - VP to the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regarding the release and dissemination of the film "Let Me Shine".

Accordingly, after receiving information reflecting on the film "Let me shine" produced by China, which is being disseminated on cyberspace in Vietnam, including the image of the "cow tongue map" violating national sovereignty and violating Article 9 of the 2022 Cinema Law. The Department of Cinema issued Official Dispatch No. 1537/DA-VP dated October 3, 2025 on reporting and explaining the release and dissemination of the film "Let me shine" (first time) and Official Dispatch No. 1541/DA-VP dated October 3, 2025 on reporting and explaining the release and dissemination of the film "Let me shine" (second time), requesting the Companies to report and explain the release and dissemination of the above film.
