Ha Tinh allocates more than 33 billion VND to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10

(Baohatinh.vn) - This funding source is taken from the amount of money that localities, organizations and individuals have donated to the Ha Tinh Province Relief Fund Mobilization Committee in the past time.

The Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has just issued a decision on allocating funds to support damage recovery caused by storm No. 10.

Many areas of Duc Minh commune are still flooded many days after storm No. 10 made landfall.

Accordingly, 33.25 billion VND will be mobilized from the Provincial Relief Fund to support localities in overcoming damage caused by storm No. 10.

Specifically, the support levels for localities are as follows: 16 billion VND to support 20 communes and wards in group 1, each commune receives 800 million VND; 10 billion VND to support 20 communes and wards in group 2, each commune receives 500 million VND; 7.25 billion VND to support 29 communes and wards in group 3, each commune receives 250 million VND.

The above funds are transferred to the Relief Fund accounts of communes and wards. The Relief Fund mobilization meetings of communes and wards coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to deploy support promptly, in accordance with regulations, and avoid overlap.

As of October 3, dozens of organizations and individuals have supported and registered to donate funds to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 through the account of the Provincial Relief Fund Mobilization Committee with an amount of more than 43.2 billion VND.

Previously, the remaining support fund for overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5 was more than 10.3 billion VND. Thus, the total support fund and commitment to support Ha Tinh after storm No. 5 and No. 10 up to now is more than 53.5 billion VND.
