The average rainfall is from 10 to 40 mm, with some places experiencing more than 60 mm, such as: Duong Quy 95.4 mm; Ngu Chi Son 62.6 mm; Lung Phinh 60.6 mm.

Rain forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours:

From the evening of July 2 to July 3, areas in Lao Cai province will continue to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain. Heavy rain will be concentrated in the evening and at night.

Rainfall is generally 10-30 mm, locally over 100 mm. During thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
