Speaking at the congress, on behalf of the leaders and commanders of the Department, Colonel Tran Van Khoat praised the efforts, endeavors and achievements of the cadres and members in the past time; especially closely linking the Association's movements with the Emulation Movement to Win, the peak emulation periods and raids. Through these activities, it has contributed to the successful implementation of the central political task, building a Party organization that excellently completes its tasks, and a strong, comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical".

For the 2025-2030 term, Colonel Tran Van Khoat suggested that the Women's Union of the Department determine a good direction, continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions and directives on women's work; improve the political capacity, moral qualities, intelligence and professional capacity of members; link women's movements with central political tasks; practically care for the material and spiritual life and legitimate rights of women; strongly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Union.

Actively study, improve professional qualifications and life skills, be ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well; foster good values ​​of Vietnamese families and build happy families; build Military Women who meet the criteria of "Bravery, intelligence, discipline, humanity", worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department to appoint the Executive Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Women's Union of the Department for the 2025-2030 term and passed the Congress Resolution.
