The work of building a clean and strong Party and improving the leadership and fighting capacity of the Party Committee has been given special attention, implemented synchronously and resolutely, and achieved comprehensive results. The management and operation capacity of authorities at all levels has been increasingly improved; administrative reform has continued to be promoted. The activities of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have continued to be innovated, achieving many important results; the strength of the great national unity bloc has been increasingly promoted.

The province's economy has grown quite well, the economic structure has shifted in a positive direction, the economic and social infrastructure continues to be invested in, built and upgraded, better meeting the development requirements. Industrial and agricultural production has developed quite comprehensively; gradually shifting towards ecological, green, and high-tech application. Trade promotion activities are organized regularly and effectively. The program to develop the economic and social infrastructure system is focused on and has achieved outstanding results. Research, transfer and application of science and technology in production and life are promoted.

Cultural and social activities have many positive changes; the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved. Regarding social indicators, the province aims for an urbanization rate of over 45%. The rate of communes meeting new rural standards in the 2025-2030 period in the province is at least equal to the national average according to the target of implementing the Central Program for the 2025-2030 period. Maintain 100% of health stations with working doctors; 100% of communes and wards meet the national criteria for commune health; by 2030, strive to reach 10.5 doctors/10,000 people and 36.4 hospital beds/10,000 people. Reduce the rate of poor households lower than the national average. The rate of workers participating in social insurance compared to the labor force reaches over 35.6%. The rate of people participating in health insurance compared to the population reaches 98%. The number of completed social housing apartments is over 11,800.

In environmental indicators, maintain forest coverage at over 46.5%. The rate of rural households using clean water reaches 99.8%. Maintain 100% of industrial waste, medical waste and 98% of hazardous industrial waste collected and treated to environmental standards.

In addition, the political report also sets an annual target of 90% or more of grassroots party organizations and party members completing their tasks well. The annual rate of new party members admission must reach 3% or more of the total number of party members.

Developing tourism to truly become a spearhead economic sector based on the advantages of the sea, mountain ecology, Central Highlands cultural heritage, Champa culture, historical and revolutionary culture; traditional art forms, traditional martial arts; promoting the development of community tourism.

Developing high-tech agriculture and sustainable forestry based on the province's advantages of having red basalt soil, plains, and low mountains to develop large specialized areas (coffee, durian, pepper, clean vegetables, medicinal herbs, concentrated livestock farming, etc.), having the sea to develop high-tech aquaculture, forming "agricultural-industrial strongholds", building models of concentrated raw material areas, and improving the value chains of key products of the province.
