Dissolution of the Food Safety Management Board of Da Nang City

(Chinhphu.vn) - Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has just signed Decision 2272/QD-TTg dated October 16, 2025 of the Prime Minister on dissolving the Food Safety Management Board of Da Nang city.

Specifically, the Food Safety Management Board of Da Nang City was dissolved, which was piloted under Decision No. 1268/QD-TTg dated August 25, 2017 of the Prime Minister.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City is responsible for organizing the implementation of the transfer of functions and tasks, resolving regimes and policies for civil servants, public employees and workers; handling financial and property issues and issues related to the dissolution of the Food Safety Management Board of Da Nang City, to be completed before November 1, 2025.
