At Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank , stock code: SSB), Mr. Le Tuan Anh - son of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of SeABank's Board of Directors - has just registered to sell 5 million SSB shares by negotiation and/or order matching. The transaction is expected to take place between October 15 and November 12 for the purpose of restructuring personal finances.
Before the transaction, Mr. Le Tuan Anh owned more than 41.42 million SSB shares, equivalent to 1.45% of capital. If the transaction is successful, the number of shares he owns is expected to decrease from more than 41.4 million shares to more than 36.4 million shares, equivalent to a decrease in ownership ratio from 1.456% to 1.28%.
Temporarily calculating the SSB stock price according to the closing trading session on October 10 at 19,450 VND/share, it is estimated that Mr. Le Tuan Anh will earn about more than 97 billion VND if he sells all the registered shares.
At SeABank, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga is holding more than 120 million SSB shares, equivalent to a 4.22% ownership ratio. Mr. Le Tuan Anh's younger sister, Ms. Le Thu Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of SeABank, owns more than 65.6 million shares, equivalent to a 2.3% ownership ratio.

Chairman of Nam Long and Ladophar sold a large amount of shares
At Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: NLG), Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of Nam Long Board of Directors, reported selling 3 million NLG shares from September 12 to October 10.
After the transaction, Mr. Quang will reduce his ownership of NLG shares from nearly 36.5 million shares to nearly 33.5 million shares, equivalent to a reduction in ownership ratio from 9.47% to 8.69% of capital at Nam Long.
Regarding NLG stock transactions, recently Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of Nam Long's Board of Directors, also registered to sell 2.5 million NLG shares from September 29 to October 28 for the reason of restructuring the investment portfolio.
If the transaction is completed, Thai Binh Investment will reduce its ownership from 17.07 million shares, accounting for 4.43% of charter capital, to 14.57 million shares, accounting for 379% of Nam Long's capital.
Similarly, the Chairman of Ladophar also sold a large amount of shares and is no longer a major shareholder of the company. Specifically, Mr. Pham Trung Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ladophar, stock code: LDP) continued to register to sell more than 1.08 million LDP shares, equivalent to 8.1% of charter capital. The expected implementation time is from October 9 to November 5.
If the transaction is successful, Mr. Kien will no longer be a major shareholder when his ownership ratio decreases from 8.8% (1.2 million shares) to 0.7%, equivalent to more than 88,000 shares.
This is the second time Mr. Kien has registered to divest from Ladophar. Last September, Mr. Kien registered to sell the same amount of shares. However, by the end of the registration period, he reported that he had not sold any shares due to unsuitable market developments.
