The program will attract not only the Vietnamese community in Japan but also Japanese and international friends, becoming a unique cultural exchange activity of the Vietnamese community, contributing to further strengthening the cooperative relationship and people-to-people exchange between Vietnam and Japan, as well as between the Vietnamese community in Kansai and Osaka city.
