On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued 23 Resolutions on National Assembly Delegations (NADs) and appointed Heads and Deputy Heads of the XV NA Delegations of provinces and cities after the merger. All of these Resolutions will take effect from July 1, 2025.

According to the Resolutions, the XV National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City, consisting of 21 National Assembly Deputies : Appointed Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh , Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, XV National Assembly Delegate, to hold the position of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City. Appointed Mr. and Mrs. Le Thi Thanh Lam, City Party Committee Member, XV National Assembly Delegate; Dao Chi Nghia, City Party Committee Member, XV National Assembly Delegate; To Ai Vang, City Party Committee Member, XV National Assembly Delegate to hold the position of Deputy Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City.

The 15th National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City , consisting of 12 National Assembly Deputies: Mr. Nguyen Van Quang , Secretary of the City Party Committee, Member of the 15th National Assembly, was appointed as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City. Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh, Member of the City Party Committee, Member of the 15th National Assembly, and Mr. Duong Van Phuoc, Member of the 15th National Assembly, were appointed as Deputy Heads of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City.

The 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City , consisting of 18 National Assembly Deputies : Mr. Le Tien Chau , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, 15th National Assembly Delegate, was appointed as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City. The 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City, consisting of 44 National Assembly Deputies : Mr. Nguyen Van Loi , member of the Party Central Committee, 15th National Assembly Delegate, was appointed as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City. Ms. Huynh Thi Phuc, member of the City Party Committee, 15th National Assembly Delegate, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, member of the City Party Committee, 15th National Assembly Delegate, were appointed as Deputy Heads of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City.

The 15th National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province , consisting of 16 National Assembly Deputies : Appointed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong , Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, 15th National Assembly Delegate, to hold the position of Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province. Appointed Ms. Ly Anh Thu, Provincial Party Committee Member, 15th National Assembly Delegate, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the full-time 15th National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province.

The National Assembly Delegation of the XVth term of Dak Lak province consists of 14 National Assembly Deputies : Appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet , member of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the XVth National Assembly to hold the position of Deputy Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation of the XVth term, in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province ; during her time in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet will receive a position allowance equal to the allowance for the position of Head of the full-time National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25).
