
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Bui Duy Quang said that, implementing the direction of the City People's Committee, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has issued Plan No. 55/KH-SDTTG to deploy propaganda activities in 2025.

At the conference, the reporter, Dr. Nguyen Thi Dinh, Head of the Department of Beliefs and Other Religions (Government Committee for Religious Affairs, Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions ) shared important contents on the Law on Beliefs and Religions and Decree No. 95/2023/ND-CP of the Government. The reporter also informed about the regulations on festival management, cultural and religious activities; prohibited acts, regulations on the protection of historical and cultural relics and the responsibilities of the Management Board of religious establishments.

In topic 2, Master Pham Bao Khanh, Head of Department 2 (Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions) informed delegates about the list of administrative procedures abolished and newly issued in the field of beliefs and religions.
At the conference, delegates and reporters discussed and answered many issues of concern, clarifying the authority of the commune level in state management of beliefs and religions.
Delegates also shared difficulties and obstacles in performing their duties and discussed solutions to improve the effectiveness of management work.
