This is a cultural and artistic activity carried out according to the plan of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, on organizing cultural, sports , propaganda and agitation activities before, during and after the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

There are 12 art programs that the art unit focused on building and investing in, as a congratulation to the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030, for the great success, to open a new period of victory, bringing Ho Chi Minh City to continue to rise higher and further, worthy of being a civilized, modern, and affectionate city.

Cultural and artistic programs also create conditions to spread the meaning of songs and artworks praising President Ho Chi Minh, the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam , the loyal and heroic Uncle Ho's soldiers, from wartime to peacetime; review the heroic fighting tradition of the Vietnamese army and people, remember the merits of generations of ancestors who fell for national independence and freedom; promote high-quality artworks that have won awards of the City; propagate information, new policies of the Party and State, of Ho Chi Minh City; arouse pride, patriotism, and aspiration to contribute to the city in every citizen...

12 art programs were elaborately developed by the crews, with diverse performance forms, from singing, dancing, solo performances, ensemble performances, to skits, cai luong excerpts, traditional singing, cantos, circus performances, magic, opera... will be performed in turn to serve the city's people in Phu Nhuan, Trung My Tay, An Nhon Tay, Thu Duc, Binh Thanh wards, Vinh Loc commune, Di An Administrative Center - Di An ward, Chua Ba Thu Dau Mot Park - Thu Dau Mot ward, Ben Cat Conference Center - Ben Cat ward, Tam Thang Square - Vung Tau ward, Phuoc Hai Commune Square - Phuoc Hai commune, Ngai Giao Commune Administrative Park (Twin Park) - Ngai Giao commune.
