* Attending the 1st Congress of Yen Tu Commune Farmers' Association, term 2025-2030 were comrade Hoang Ngoc Chinh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, leaders of Yen Tu commune and 105 delegates representing 3,475 cadres and farmer members in the whole commune.
During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Yen Tu commune has focused on propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and consolidating the Association's organization in a clean and strong direction. The Association has established 3 professional Associations, 1 cooperative, 1 clean agricultural product store, and admitted 220 new members, bringing the total number of members in the commune to 3,475.
The movement of farmers competing in production, good business, solidarity to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably has been promoted. The Association has coordinated to organize 20 sessions of transferring science and technology to over 3,140 members, and organized 6 vocational training classes for 395 members. The Association also coordinated with banks to support over 1,100 members to borrow capital with a total outstanding debt of over 74 billion VND. The Farmers Support Fund reached 1.6 billion VND. Thanks to that, 1,050 households have achieved the title of good production and business households at all levels.
The commune's farmers' association members also actively contributed more than 900 million VND and 550 working days to build new and improved rural areas, contributing to the increasingly renewed appearance of the countryside. The role of the association in participating in building the Party, the government and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc is increasingly affirmed.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Yen Tu Commune Farmers' Association aims to continue promoting propaganda, political and ideological education, innovating the content and methods of operation and improving the effectiveness of emulation movements. Many targets for the new term have been set, such as: Striving to recruit 300 or more members; establishing 1-2 professional Farmers' Association groups; coordinating vocational training and development for 400 or more members, and increasing the Farmers' Support Fund by an average of 15 million VND or more per year.
The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Yen Tu commune for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Truong Thi Huong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Yen Tu commune for the 2025-2030 term.
* Attending the 1st Congress of Quang Thien Commune Farmers' Association, term 2025-2030 were representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Association, leaders of Quang Thien commune; organizations, unions and 87 delegates, representing 4,063 members of 43 farmer associations in the whole commune.
Since the beginning of the term, the Quang Thien Commune Farmers' Association has actively innovated the content and form of propaganda, set an example of "good people, good deeds", replicated advanced models and typical examples, and popularized scientific and technical advances.
The Commune Farmers' Association also affirmed its role as a core force in the development of the local socio -economy, especially in the field of agriculture and new rural construction. 18/43 Farmers' Associations have maintained a good model of planting flowers and trees along traffic routes, contributing to beautifying the rural landscape. Up to now, the commune has had 28/43 hamlets meeting the standards of a new rural residential area model; the value of 1 hectare of agricultural and aquaculture land of the commune has reached more than 178 million VND, the commune currently has 4 products recognized as OCOP.
The Association maintains and develops effective collective economic models. The Association strengthens coordination to receive over 240 billion VND from banks to help members borrow capital, contributing to reducing the multidimensional poverty rate of the commune to 2.02%.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Committee of the Quang Thien Commune Farmers' Association determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, diversify the forms of gathering farmers. Promote the central and core role in agricultural development, new rural construction, promote the emulation movement "Good farmers in production and business" and participate in social supervision and criticism.
At the Congress, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Quang Thien Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term was announced. Comrade Trinh Van Dan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Quang Thien Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.
