Smartprix revealed that the Galaxy S25 Slim model has appeared in the Korean FCC database. The product is expected to carry the model number SM-S937U - this suggests that this could be the fourth member of the Galaxy S25 series, alongside the Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra.
Sources say that this ultra-thin smartphone from Samsung will be the answer to the iPhone 17 Air. The product is also expected to have a more elegant design, although the product may not come with powerful specifications as the rest of the Galaxy S25 series.
The source also said that the Galaxy S25 Slim will be available in the US instead of being limited to the Korean market through its own carriers.
The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to launch in Q2/2025 or maybe a quarter earlier than the iPhone 17 Air. This will help Samsung assess the market acceptance of the new product.
