Groundbreaking ceremony of Ecohome Hoa Hiep social housing project with nearly 1,500 apartments

DNO - On the morning of August 28, the People's Committee of Da Nang city coordinated with Thu Do Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the social housing project at land lots B4-1, B4-2 in Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area on Me Linh street (Hai Van ward and Lien Chieu ward, Da Nang city).

Attending were Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh; Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran Phuoc Son; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam.

Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area (commercial name of Ecohome Hoa Hiep project) has a total investment of about 2,125 billion VND, located on an area of ​​about 4.2 hectares, including 3 buildings, with a scale of 1,476 social housing apartments, with the goal of providing a comfortable living space, a green, clean environment with reasonable prices to create conditions for workers in Da Nang city to access.

The project includes many utility systems and services such as: swimming pool, kindergarten, shopping center... The project investor is Thu Do Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company (Capital House Group), expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2029.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh said that the work of promoting the development and investment in the construction of social housing has always been directed by the Party, the Government, the Prime Minister , ministries, branches and localities, aiming to build at least 1 million social houses by 2030, meeting the needs of workers, employees and cadres, civil servants and public employees.

As for Da Nang city after the merger, it is assigned to complete 28,955 units by 2030; and 2,676 units by 2025.

“The groundbreaking ceremony of Ecohome Hoa Hiep project is an important event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2; to welcome the 23rd Congress of Da Nang City Party Committee.

At the same time, it demonstrates the interest of the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee in developing social housing, contributing to helping the city complete the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister. Thereby solving the housing needs of low-income workers and workers in industrial parks in the area," Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized.
