Da Nang City leaders visit typical businesses on Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day (October 13)

At the office of Song Bung Hydropower Company, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh acknowledged the unit's efforts in safe and effective production and operation.

The unit has done a good job of managing reservoirs, ensuring construction safety, closely coordinating with localities in natural disaster prevention, regulating water for agricultural production and people's lives, contributing to ensuring safety in downstream areas. In the first 9 months of 2025, the company's total electricity output reached more than 740 million kWh, equivalent to 90% of the yearly plan; paying the state budget more than 123 billion VND.

On this occasion, the company's leaders recommended that the city pay attention to directing the repair of Route 14D, a key traffic route that is currently seriously degraded, causing difficulties in the management and operation of Song Bung 2 and 4 hydropower plants.

In addition, the enterprise also proposed considering support in land lease procedures and exemption of land rent for hydroelectric reservoirs, creating favorable conditions for production activities.

Next, the delegation visited FVG Group, one of the largest private enterprises in the Central region, investing in many projects in the fields of tourism , construction and green materials in Da Nang.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh sent congratulations to the business community on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13, praising the spirit of overcoming difficulties, efforts to innovate and the contributions of businesses to the city's development.

The city leaders affirmed that Da Nang always accompanies, supports and creates an open and transparent investment environment, helping businesses feel secure in production, expand investment, and contribute more to the sustainable development of the city.
