On this occasion, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam visited and presented gifts to individuals and families with meritorious services, including: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha, born in 1933, a 37% disabled veteran, in Cau Dong village, Quang Trung commune; Mr. Nguyen Van Nam, born in 1930, a 41% disabled veteran, in Quyet Tien 3 village, An Thang commune.

At the families visited, on behalf of the city leaders, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam kindly inquired about the health and family life and wished the families to always live happily and healthily, uphold the heroic tradition, and be an example for the younger generation to follow. On this occasion, the Vice Chairman also requested all levels, sectors and localities to continue to care for and encourage the material and spiritual life of families of people who have contributed to the cause of national liberation and national defense.
