On October 8 and 9, the City Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans coordinated with the Huong Tu Tam Club ( Hai Phong ) to visit and give funds to share difficulties with people in flood-affected areas; and give gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and orphans in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Hung Yen provinces.

In Tan Ky commune, Nghe An province, Huong Tu Tam Club donated 100 million VND to help people overcome natural disaster damage and stabilize their lives soon.

Visiting the War Invalids Nursing Centers in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, facility 3 (formerly Thai Binh), Huong Tu Tam Club presented gifts to war invalids being treated in these places.

At SOS Children's Village Thanh Hoa (Thanh Hoa province) and SOS Children's Village Thai Binh (Hung Yen province), representatives of Huong Tu Tam Club presented gifts to orphans living in the village; hoping that they would strive to improve their lives and studies, become good children, good students, and good citizens.
