Mr. Le Duy Khac (38 years old), a photographer and filmmaker, used a flycam to record many moments of the Thai Nguyen flood area from above today, October 9. Mr. Khac said that this is a historic flood, the rising water has affected many people, and overcoming the consequences will be very difficult and time-consuming.
