The Investment Project to build the Golden Canal Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge connecting Bac Ninh province with Hai Duong province (old) has an area of over 8,000 m² of land recovered from 24 households in Cat Khe village (Tran Phu commune), including nearly 4,700 m² of residential land.
Recently, the local Party Committee, government and socio-political organizations of Tran Phu commune have made efforts to propagate and mobilize households to agree on the compensation plan for site clearance to allocate land for project implementation.
By October 9, 13 households in Cat Khe village had signed a compensation plan for site clearance and agreed to hand over land for project implementation.

This is a project of special importance in the development of transport infrastructure, creating a driving force to promote regional connectivity, socio-economic development of the locality and the city. Households voluntarily signing the commitment to hand over land have shown their consensus, contributing to promoting the progress of site clearance, ensuring the project is implemented according to plan, and soon put into operation to serve the people.
However, there are still 11 households that have not agreed with the compensation plan for site clearance, including: Tran Tien Chi, Tran Tien Khanh, Ha Van Loc, Tran Tien The, Tran Tien Thao, Tran Tien Loi, Tran Thi Se, Tran Tien Uoc, Tran Thi Khue, Tran Tien Tuan, Tran Tien Luong.

Tran Phu Commune will continue to carry out propaganda and mobilization work so that people clearly understand their rights and obligations. If households still resolutely do not agree with the land handover plan for project implementation, the local government will carry out compulsory land recovery according to regulations to ensure project progress.
