Kinhtedothi-Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Nguyen Lan Huong sent the city's leaders' sincere thanks to the party members and their families of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee who were honored to receive the noble Party Badge on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), this morning, January 20, the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee solemnly held the Party Badge Awarding Ceremony on February 3, 2025.
Attending the program were Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Nguyen Lan Huong.
Here, Standing Committee member, Head of the Organizing Committee of Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee Nguyen Quang Trung announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on awarding and posthumously awarding Party badges on February 3, 2025 to party members of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee.
Accordingly, on January 7, 2025 and January 10, 2025, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued 12 Decisions No. 7976 to No. 7984 and No. 8055 to No. 8057 to award 80-year, 75-year, and 70-year Party membership badges to 12 Party members of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee.
Of which, 2 party members Nguyen Nhu (Nguyen Thi Ninh) (Nguyen Du Ward Party Committee) and Pham Xuan Loan (aka Pham Van Khoi) (Pho Hue Ward Party Committee) were awarded the 80-year Party membership badge; 4 party members of the Nguyen Du, Bach Mai, Dong Nhan, and Bach Dang Ward Party Committees were awarded the 75-year Party membership badge; 6 party members of the Bach Mai, Nguyen Du, Vinh Tuy, and Quynh Mai Ward Party Committees were awarded the 70-year Party membership badge.
On January 15, 2025, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee issued Decision 8097-QD/TU on awarding Party Badges on February 3, 2025 to 478 Party members of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee, including: 49 comrades received the 65-year Party badge, 29 comrades received the 60-year Party badge, 45 comrades received the 55-year Party badge...
At the same time, Decision 8098-QD/TU was issued on February 3, 2025 on posthumously awarding Party Badges to 4 Party members of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee, of which 1 comrade was posthumously awarded the 60-year Party Membership Badge, 1 comrade was posthumously awarded the 45-year Party Membership Badge, and 2 comrades were posthumously awarded the 40-year Party Membership Badge.
At the ceremony, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City Nguyen Lan Huong respectfully presented and pinned the 75-year Party membership badge to 2 party members, and the 70-year Party membership badge to 5 party members. Comrades in the Standing Committee of Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee presented gifts from the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee to the party members.
For party members who were awarded the Party Badge due to poor health and could not attend the meeting hall, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee authorized the Standing Committee of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee to present the badge to them at their homes.
Also at the program, the leaders of Hai Ba Trung District respectfully presented badges and congratulated the party members who were awarded badges for 65 years, 60 years, 55 years, 50 years, 45 years, 40 years, 35 years, and 30 years of party membership.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City Nguyen Lan Huong congratulated and sent sincere thanks from the City leaders to the Party members and their families of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee for being honored to receive the noble Party Badge on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and affirmed that this is an honor and pride not only for the individual and family of each Party member but also for the District Party Committee and the City Party Committee.
The ceremony of awarding the Party's noble badge shows the recognition and respect of the Party, the State and our People for the contributions of you, comrades, to the Party's revolutionary cause, the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the Fatherland. You, comrades, regardless of your position or working environment, have all excellently fulfilled all tasks assigned by the Party, the Fatherland and the People; despite your old age and different health conditions, you still actively participate in local activities, contributing to the development of the district and the Capital.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, in 2024, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, Hanoi City has synchronously implemented socio-economic development solutions, achieving many important results. Contributing to the overall results of the City, the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Ba Trung District have made great efforts and excellently completed assigned tasks, including completing and exceeding 4 targets on Party building and political system work; 21 socio-economic development targets.
These results are an important premise and motivation for the district to strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress, determined to successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels and the 27th District Party Congress, term 2025-2030. In particular, the district's overall achievements have important contributions from party members, especially veteran party members and party members receiving the Party Badge today.
“On this occasion, I hope that with enthusiasm, intelligence, responsibility, and extensive experience in various fields and practices, you comrades will always uphold your exemplary role, continue to contribute and devote your efforts to the cause of Party building, the cause of building and developing the country and the Capital; always pay attention, follow, encourage, and be an example for the next generations of cadres and party members to follow. I request that the district Party Committees at all levels continue to care for and visit veteran party members; listen to and seek the enthusiastic opinions and contributions of party members, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, and strive to build the district to become increasingly developed, civilized, and modern,” the Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized.
