Discussing "root" solutions to building a clean and strong Party

(GLO)- On the afternoon of September 30, Gia Lai Provincial Political School organized a scientific seminar with the theme "Building and practicing revolutionary ethical standards in the new period - The "root" solution to building a clean and strong Party".

The workshop was co-chaired by Master Ngo Khac Ngoc - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Principal of the Provincial Political School and Master Nguyen Anh Trang - Head of the Organization-Administration-Information-Documentation Department (Provincial Political School).

At the workshop, 6 papers were presented, focusing on the following contents: Ho Chi Minh 's thought on building a clean and strong Party equal to its tasks - application and development in the documents of the 13th National Party Congress; building and practicing revolutionary ethical standards in the new period among the current teaching staff of the Provincial Political School.

Along with that is building revolutionary ethical standards to become a compass in the actions of cadres and party members in the current period; creating a strong political and cultural environment to practice revolutionary ethical standards in the Party; a number of strategic and "root" solutions to improve the quality of party members, through building and practicing revolutionary ethical standards; building revolutionary ethics in the Party: fighting against reactionary arguments and the risk of " peaceful evolution".

In addition to the presentations, many opinions at the workshop clarified theoretical and practical issues; pointed out current requirements and challenges; and affirmed the role of Party committees, Party organizations, Party members and lecturers.

Delegates also agreed that building a clean and strong Party must start from the “roots”, which is revolutionary ethics. Without a solid ethical foundation, any other solution will hardly bring sustainable results.

Revolutionary ethics is not only the Party’s internal standard but also the “shield” protecting the Party’s prestige, political mettle and leadership role in the face of new challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to closely link standard-setting with practice, between regulations and behavior, between awareness and action.

The results of the workshop are valuable sources of information, contributing to providing a scientific and practical basis for Party building and rectification work in the new period.
