* In Hai Ba Trung ward, although newly established and put into operation in the context of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus, the Women's Union of the ward has organized and implemented many exciting emulation movements and campaigns to attract a large number of cadres, members and women.

Speaking at the congress, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Chu Hong Minh suggested that the Ward Women's Union continue to organize and improve the quality of emulation movements and campaigns associated with patriotic emulation movements of the entire population. Thereby promoting the creative and pioneering spirit of Hai Ba Trung Ward women as well as the potential, creativity and strengths of the ward women in all fields, attracting a large number of women to participate in building and defending the Fatherland as well as proactively solving women's own problems.

The Congress announced the decisions appointing the Executive Committee of the Association. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tu is the President of the Women's Union of Hai Ba Trung Ward for the 2025-2030 term.

* In the past term, despite many difficulties due to the process of administrative unit arrangement, the Women's Union of Vinh Tuy Ward has demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and creativity. In which, many practical activities were organized such as: "Green Saturday" movement, "Green Weekend", gratitude activities on War Invalids and Martyrs Day, legal propaganda, caring for members' lives, supporting women to start businesses, developing family economy ... Those results have contributed significantly to the overall development of the ward.

In the new term, the Association focuses on promoting the core role of women in building a cultural life, happy families, protecting the environment, and participating in building civilized and modern wards. In particular, the Association replicates the models of "5-no, 3-clean families", "Women's flower street", "Model women's association"...; pays attention to supporting women in starting businesses, developing the economy, improving capacity, life skills and integration.

The Congress announced the decisions appointing the Executive Committee. Ms. Du Thi Thu is the President of the Women's Union of Vinh Tuy Ward for the 2025-2030 term.

* In the 2021-2025 term, the Yen So Ward Women's Union has completed and exceeded most of its targets.

Notably, there has been an increase in the number and quality of members, demonstrated by the establishment of 8 new clubs (achieving 160% of the plan): Sports dance, yoga, badminton, attracting 470 female members to participate.

During the last term, the Association admitted 80 new members, reaching 111% of the plan, bringing the total number of members in the ward to 1,107. The Women's Union of Yen So ward has also shown dynamism, taking the lead in applying information technology and participating in local political activities.

Speaking at the congress, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Women's Union Pham Thi Thanh Huong suggested that the Executive Committee of the Yen So Ward Women's Union should mobilize members to respond to the movement "Digital Education for All" and the models "Digital Women" and "Digital Families". In particular, the Union should have specific solutions and practical models to mobilize women to actively participate in building a civilized urban lifestyle, effectively solving social issues arising related to women in the urbanization process.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint 23 members to the Executive Committee. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Yen So Ward.

* The Women's Union of Vinh Hung ward has effectively and extensively implemented the emulation movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families", associated with the campaign "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's" in the past term.

The Association has coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to disburse more than 3 billion VND to 150 members for loans to develop production and business. Many household economic models headed by women have brought high efficiency. The Association has mobilized and presented more than 300 gifts to women and children in difficult circumstances; organized visits and supported 12 cases of members with serious illnesses; maintained the model of "Raising plastic pigs for savings" with a total amount of nearly 100 million VND/year.

In the new term, the Association will continue to promote its core role in patriotic emulation movements, actively participate in Party and government building, care for members' lives, contribute to maintaining political stability and developing the local economy and society.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint an Executive Committee of 38 members. Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Ly is the Chairwoman of the Ward Women's Union.

* In Thanh Xuan ward, during the last term, the Women's Union of the ward completed and exceeded 7/7 set targets. From taking care of social security, supporting start-ups, economic development, to preserving a green - clean - beautiful living environment, building prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized families, Thanh Xuan women are always the leading force.

Many good models and good deeds have been deployed and replicated by the Association, typically the models: "Women self-manage environmental sanitation", "The road for women to bloom", "Green - Clean - Beautiful playground", "Women's association with good behavior"...

In his speech directing the congress, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Huy Cuong suggested that the Ward Women's Union should grasp, thoroughly grasp, and concretize the viewpoints, policies, and guidelines of the Party, especially the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030. From there, the Union has practical, specific, strong, and feasible solutions to bring the Ward Party Committee Resolution into life. The Ward Women's Union continues to widely and creatively organize and implement the specific movements of the Union; maintain and replicate successful models and create new models suitable to practical needs...

* In Hoang Liet ward, during the last term, the Women's Union of the ward coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to help 276 women borrow capital for economic development with a total amount of over 19 billion VND; introduced stable jobs to 295 workers. The creativity in the charity work of the Union is the effective implementation of the model "Turning trash into money" in many branches, contributing to environmental protection and building sustainable resources in the community.

In the new term, the Association focuses on thoroughly grasping, deploying and successfully implementing the Resolution of the Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to successfully complete its tasks.

The female workforce has continuously improved the quality of services, continuing to maintain and develop brands such as Kim Lu confectionery and Dinh Cong silver beans. In addition, Dinh Cong women actively participate in developing social culture, improving the quality of life and building civilized and happy families. With creative and proactive ways of working, the Ward Women's Union and its branches have basically completed the targets and plans set out for the entire term.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Dinh Cong Ward set out a number of specific targets: 90% of disadvantaged households headed by women will be assisted in improving their living standards and not falling back into poverty; every year, 18 households will be helped to meet the criteria of "Civilized and happy families"...

Speaking at the congress, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Women's Union Pham Thi Thanh Huong requested that the Executive Committee of the Ward Women's Union take care of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members, promoting the role of women in building civilized, progressive and happy families; especially, paying attention to the care and education of children and women in difficult circumstances...
