Specifically, 2 screens were placed at Hai Phong City Theater and the Eastern Cultural Center to create conditions for people in the inner city area to fully enjoy the live TV program. 3 other screens were arranged in the area behind the grandstand and in front of the four-pillar gate in the Kiep Bac temple grounds, serving thousands of people and tourists who did not have seats in the main area of the festival.

The arrangement of the LED screen system ensures clear and synchronous live broadcast images and sounds, helping the masses to immerse themselves in the sacred and solemn atmosphere of the opening ceremony. This is an effort of the Organizing Committee to spread the cultural and historical values and the spirit of converging heritage of the sacred land of Con Son - Kiep Bac to the general public.

The ceremony to commemorate the 725th death anniversary of Saint Tran and the opening of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2025 will take place on the evening of October 12 (ie August 21st of the lunar calendar) at the Kiep Bac Temple relic site, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong City. The special art program "Hai Phong - The Quintessence of Heritage Land" is the highlight of the series of activities of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival, one of the two major traditional festivals of the year, honoring the merits of the famous people Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Trai and the value of the world heritage Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac.
