Many gasoline distributors have had their licenses revoked.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued a series of decisions to revoke certificates of eligibility to act as gasoline distributors.

These decisions were issued in consideration of requests for submission and return of certificates of eligibility to act as petroleum distributors by enterprises and the Domestic Market Department.

Specifically, in Decision No. 1170/QD-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revoked the Certificate of eligibility to act as a distributor of Duc Hanh Company Limited (headquartered at No. GH65, Ho Da residential area, So Dau ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong ).

This enterprise has Business Registration Certificate No. 0200651792 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on October 10, 2005, and the 11th amendment on September 11, 2020. Tax code 0200651792. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 263-TNPP-QD-BCT issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade for the first time on February 26, 2020 and Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 360-TNPP/QD-BCT issued by the Ministry with the first amendment and supplement on November 24, 2020.

The second case is Minh Phat Petroleum Trading and Transportation Company Limited (headquartered at 64/1M Vo Oanh Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). Business registration certificate No. 0312315284 was first issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on June 6, 2013, and the 6th change was made on December 22, 2022.

Tax code 0312315284. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 555-TNPP/QD-BCT issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on January 27, 2023.

The third case is Decision 1172 for Petrolink Trading and Supply Company Limited (No. 9, Lane 84, Ngoc Khanh Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). The first business registration certificate was issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on November 13, 2019, and the third change was issued on March 10, 2021. Certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor No. 489-TNPP/QD-BCT was issued by the Minister of Industry and Trade on January 10, 2022.

Previously, on May 7, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a decision to revoke the certificate of eligibility to act as a petroleum distributor for Ngoc Khanh Trading and Transport Services Joint Stock Company (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province).

The first business registration certificate was issued on November 15, 2002, and the second amendment was issued on April 21, 2023. The second amendment was issued on May 23, 2023. On April 1, this enterprise also submitted a document requesting to return the license to distribute gasoline.
